Welcome to Kay's Kitchen. I'm just your average 20-somthings girl with a full time job and a love of cooking.
I set a goal this year to eat healthier. I know, thats a goal that a lot of people make... but I think its something that I need to do for myself. I want to make healthier food and try to cut down on how much processed food that I eat. It not about cutting everything off completely, but working my way away from things that don't do anything for my body.
I love to cook, so this will be a fun adventure for me, making over foods that I love and trying new foods too.
